Recycling and Composting Kermanshah Company (RCK Co.) was established on October 29, 1998, with registration number 5303, as a Special Joint Company by cooperation of Kermanshah Municipality, in order to perform waste management plans in Kermanshah, Iran.

On April 15, 2018, Mr. Movahedin mayor of Sarab City, Eastern Azerbaijan, along with members of City Council and other experts visited from Kermanshah Waste Recycling Plant, Rubble Recycling Project and Waste Separating plan in the origin.
